Overview
LSE™ is a one-day, instructor-led course for supervisors, site leads and anyone stepping into a leadership role on a construction site. It covers the legal responsibilities of a supervisor in Alberta, how to run a safety conversation that actually changes behaviour, and the practical mechanics of hazard assessment and control at the crew level.
