This checklist walks site supervisors through the pre-work fall protection checks required on ACSA member sites. It covers personal fall arrest systems, guardrails, anchor point ratings, and rescue plan confirmation before any work at height begins.

Use it alongside your daily site inspection to confirm that every worker exposed to a fall hazard has the right equipment, has inspected it, and understands the rescue plan in place for their task.

The checklist is designed to be printed and kept on a clipboard, or completed digitally through MyLearning. Each section includes a pass/fail column and space for supervisor sign-off.

Sites operating under a COR or SECOR program should retain completed checklists as part of their audit documentation for a minimum of two years.
